How It Works
1
Getting started
You can begin by booking your initial consultation, or if you’re unsure whether nutritional therapy is right for you, a free 20-minute enquiry call.
This complimentary call gives you the opportunity to meet me,
briefly discuss your health concerns
and goals, and ask any questions you may have,
with no obligation to proceed.
2
Your initial consultation
Before your consultation, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed health questionnaire and a three-day food diary. This allows me to gain a clear overview of your health history, diet, lifestyle, and symptoms, ensuring we make the best use of our time together.
Your 75-minute consultation is a comprehensive assessment of your health. We’ll take a deep dive into your health, and discuss realistic, personalised next steps.
Following the consultation, I carry out further analysis and research into your individual case. You’ll then receive a personalised plan, outlining priorities and a clear strategy moving forward.
3
Ongoing support and follow-ups
Many clients benefit from follow-up support to implement recommendations, monitor progress, and refine their plan over time.
Follow-up consultations allow us to review how you’re responding, interpret any test results, and adapt your programme as your health and circumstances evolve.
For those seeking structured accountability and continued guidance, ongoing support programmes provide regular check-ins and email support between sessions to help create sustainable, long-term change.
Packages & Prices
I offer a small number of clearly defined options, depending on the support you’re looking for.
All consultations are tailored to your individual needs.

DNA Nutrition Packages
For some people, progress can feel slower or more confusing despite making consistent changes. Nutrigenomic (DNA) testing offers an additional layer of insight by exploring how your individual genetics may influence the way your body responds to nutrition and lifestyle factors.
Using nutrigenomic testing from Lifecode GX (saliva swab), we can look at areas such as nutrient requirements, hormone metabolism, detoxification pathways, inflammation, methylation, and stress response. This helps explain why certain approaches may work well for some people but not for others.
Your results provide context, highlighting genetic tendencies that can be supported through
targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
Testing
In some cases, I may refer you for functional testing to further determine possible imbalances.
I work with the world's leading laboratories to analyse your health, to help you reach your health goals faster, and to ensure long-term results.
Examples of functional tests that I may recommend include:
-
Male or Female ultimate health blood panels
-
Comprehensive stool testing
-
SIBO breath testing
-
Thyroid profile including antibodies
-
Advanced hormone panels
-
Organic acids testing
-
Genetic testing
These tests are run by private laboratories and are additional extras, but there is no pressure for you to embark on these tests, and please be assured that plenty can be achieved without private testing. I also commonly refer clients to your GP for NHS testing, where appropriate.
