Struggling with your skin or your gut?

You're in the right place.

I'm Bella, a BANT-registered nutritional therapist specialising in skin health and

gut health.

Whether you're dealing with persistent breakouts, eczema, bloating, IBS, or digestive discomfort that no one seems to have

answers for - I'm here to help you

get to the root cause.

Available online across the UK, and in person in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

You may be dealing with bloating, skin issues, brain fog, low energy, or a sense that something isn’t quite right, even when test results come back as “normal”.

Bella's Nutrition offers practical, compassionate support without judgment or unnecessary restriction. My aim is to help you feel better, naturally, using evidence-based strategies tailored to your body, lifestyle, and health goals.

Together, we work to uncover underlying imbalances and identify simple, sustainable changes that can make a meaningful difference over time. For clients who want deeper insight, this can also include optional testing such as a complete microbiome ‘map’, full blood analysis or DNA testing

(Lifecode GX), to explore your unique genetic blueprint.

Skin and gut nutrition support, personalised to you

Bella Dorey is a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist, helping people with bloating, low energy and poor sleep.

About Bella

I’m Bella, a BANT-registered nutritional therapist with a specialist focus on skin and gut health.

My approach is shaped not only by clinical training, but by personal experience. I dealt with persistent acne and oily skin from my teenage years through to my late twenties, alongside many digestive issues. Like many of my clients, I was often told everything looked “normal”, despite not feeling it.

Through targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes, I was able to understand my own triggers and support both my skin and gut more effectively. I now help other people do the same thing.

I combine evidence-based nutrition with a practical, personalised approach, focusing on what is realistic and sustainable. The aim is not just short-term improvement, but helping you understand your body well enough to maintain long-term results.

Gaynor

A personalised, root-cause approach to skin and gut health

If you’ve tried different diets, supplements, or treatments without lasting results, you’re not alone.

Many skin and digestive issues are driven by underlying imbalances that are often overlooked, from gut health and inflammation to stress, sleep, and hormone regulation.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with you to understand your symptoms in context. This includes your diet, lifestyle, health history, and any potential triggers that may be contributing to ongoing skin or gut concerns.

From there, we build a personalised plan that is realistic, evidence-based, and designed to create sustainable improvements over time.

Where appropriate, this can also include targeted supplementation and functional testing to gain deeper insight into your health.
