Mango & Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 mango

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 250ml coconut milk

Method

  1. Soak the chia seeds in your coconut milk for 15 mins- 1hour

  2. Remove the seed from the mango and peel it out the skin

  3. Blend/mash the mango

  4. Add to your pot in layers and top with some desiccated coconut
