How It Works

1

Getting started

You can begin by booking your initial consultation, or if you’re unsure whether nutritional therapy is right for you, a free 20-minute enquiry call.

This complimentary call gives you the opportunity to meet me,

briefly discuss your health concerns

and goals, and ask any questions you may have,

with no obligation to proceed.

2

Your initial consultation

Before your consultation, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed health questionnaire and a three-day food diary. This allows me to gain a clear overview of your health history, diet, lifestyle, and symptoms, ensuring we make the best use of our time together.

Your 75-minute consultation is a comprehensive assessment of your health. We’ll take a deep dive into your health, and discuss realistic, personalised next steps.

Following the consultation, I carry out further analysis and research into your individual case. You’ll then receive a personalised plan, outlining priorities and a clear strategy moving forward.

3

Ongoing support and follow-ups

Many clients benefit from follow-up support to implement recommendations, monitor progress, and refine their plan over time.

Follow-up consultations allow us to review how you’re responding, interpret any test results, and adapt your programme as your health and circumstances evolve.

For those seeking structured accountability and continued guidance, ongoing support programmes provide regular check-ins and email support between sessions to help create sustainable, long-term change.

Packages & Prices

I offer a small number of clearly defined options, depending on the support you’re looking for.

All consultations are tailored to your individual needs.

Initial Nutritional Therapy Assessment
(75 minutes)

All clients begin with an initial nutritional therapy assessment. This session gives us the time and space to fully understand your health concerns and create a clear, personalised plan moving forward.

During the consultation, I’ll help you make sense of what may be contributing to how you’re feeling and outline realistic next steps.

What’s included

  • A comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, diet, and lifestyle

  • A bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan

    Supplement recommendations where appropriate

Guidance on appropriate testing, including GP and private options where relevant

  • Resources, recipes, and additional guidance to support implementation

  • Email support for 2 weeks after your consultation for questions or clarification

This initial assessment provides clarity and direction. Most clients choose to continue with follow-up support to help implement recommendations, stay accountable, and adapt their plan over time.

DNA Nutrition Packages

For some people, progress can feel slower or more confusing despite making consistent changes. Nutrigenomic (DNA) testing offers an additional layer of insight by exploring how your individual genetics may influence the way your body responds to nutrition and lifestyle factors.

Using nutrigenomic testing from Lifecode GX (saliva swab), we can look at areas such as nutrient requirements, hormone metabolism, detoxification pathways, inflammation, methylation, and stress response. This helps explain why certain approaches may work well for some people but not for others.

Your results provide context, highlighting genetic tendencies that can be supported through

targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

"The help and advice I have received from Bella has been a godsend. Since being guided by her change of lifestyle suggestions and in depth knowledge of health and nutrition, I can feel a positive difference in both my body and mind.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Bella’s services to anyone seeking expert advice".

Testing

In some cases, I may refer you for functional testing to further determine possible imbalances.

I work with the world's leading laboratories to analyse your health, to help you reach your health goals faster, and to ensure long-term results.

Examples of functional tests that I may recommend include:

  • Comprehensive stool testing

  • SIBO breath testing

  • Thyroid profile including antibodies

  • Male or Female ultimate health blood panels

  • Advanced hormone panels

  • Organic acids testing

  • Genetic testing

These tests are run by private laboratories and are additional extras, but there is no pressure for you to embark on these tests, and please be assured that plenty can be achieved without private testing. I also commonly refer clients to your GP for NHS testing, where appropriate.
